The condo features comfy beds with quality linens, wall mounted TV's, new flooring, and brand-new furnishings throughout. For parking you will have one reserved garage parking space (large enough to accomodate a compact or small car only) and free street parking.
Tower 9 is a wonderful place to call home before you head out on outdoor activities such as walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging out at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, the Oceanside Thursday morning farmer's market & night market, movie theater, local breweries and small live theaters.

Streets are swept the 2nd and 4th Monday, and that requires attention to parking signs to avoid parking tickets. Please also see detailed street parking guidance in the house manual.

Guests love the "walkability" of Tower 9. With a walkability rating of “74” you can walk to the beach, the pier, grab coffee, lunch, or dinner. Please note, this unit is located on the second floor and requires the guest to walk up steps to access. There is no elevator service for the building. Also, this unit does not have AC. It is serviced by ceiling fans only.
Being so near the Southern California Coast, the property is also near the Coaster ( Downtown San Diego to North San Diego County) Sprinter ( Coast to Escondido), and Surfliner ( San Diego County to Los Angeles) Train-lines. We love the travel convenience the train brings, and you will hear them. Each bedroom is equipped with white noise machines to cover the sound of the trains.
This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $500 required prior to guest arrival.
