Enjoy the ocean view from the second floor living room, private balcony, or even while you are cooking up a meal in your kitchen. You can see sailboats go by from the ocean view anywhere on the second floor, simply amazing!

This adorable, two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, adjacent dining area with seating for up to six guests, and multiple indoor living spaces.

On the lower level, one of the largest den spaces you have ever seen! Outfitted with a bar, pool table, foosball table, and comfortable seating.

Guests can walk along The Strand 15 minutes to Oceanside Pier, the sandy beach north of the pier, and downtown dining. Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand beach will be walking distance north of the Oceanside Pier. There is a public parking lot adjacent to the home to the south. Guests may hear noise from people using the public parking lot during their stay, however, parking lot closes at 8PM nightly.

This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Pets are allowed (one dog max), no cats.

During the month of January and February San Diego occasionally will experience King Tides. During King Tides we sandbag the garage door to prevent ocean waves from entering the home. During King Tides guest may hear a sump pump alarm go off during their stay when the water vault in the driveway is filled up by an ocean wave and pumped out into the street.
