The Home
Two separate three bedroom units for a total of six bedrooms bedroom, four and a half bathrooms, oceanfront unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft. Parking garage clearance height is 96".

Quiet hours outdoors are 10PM to 10AM. No parties are allowed. No Pets.

Perfect Multigenerational Family Getaway with Stunning Sunsets

This house was a perfect getaway for our multi generational family of 12 people. Beautiful home that fit our group in a way that we all felt we had space. We made delicious dinners, utilized the front area to hang out and watch the stunning sunsets. The living room fit us all for game nights. We hope to come back to this lovely home.

I don't even know where to start. This beach house is simply amazing. My family of 10 (including 4 children under the age of 4) had a vacation we will be talking about for years - we could not have asked for a more wonderful place to spend 5 nights. The location is unparalleled - directly across from beautiful Carlsbad state beach, and the views from the house were gorgeous. We could see dolphins making their way south right from the balcony, much to the delight of our 4 year old granddaughter (and all the adults too!). The house is huge - we booked the entire house, both upstairs and downstairs units, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The style of the home epitomized a classic coastal vibe - just lovely. The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms huge and spa-like. As much as we loved hanging on the beach every day, we were just as thrilled to enjoy our time inside this beautiful home, sipping cocktails on the balcony. Have I mentioned the view? This is the place to rent!!

We booked both floors for a few days with family and kids and was the perfect spot. House was well equipped with the basics and beyond with a very well stocked kitchen for a large group. Beach amenities were fantastic with tons of towels, chairs, and umbrellas for the quick walk across the street and down the stairs to the pristine beach. The heated outdoor shower made keeping the sand out easy too. It is a very short walk into the heart of Carlsbad with plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants to please everyone. Beachfront properties are not cheap and this is no exception, but this place managed to deliver with a wonderful amenities and an ideal location in a very well kept property.
