Absolutely loved this rental on the sand with direct beach access! The unit was spacious and beautifully decorated although the kids room was a bit cramped. It says it sleeps 8. I would quibble a little with that - it sleeps 7 adults + 2 kids on top bunks. The kids bathroom really needs updating. But the location is absolutely amazing with what feels like your own private beach! Plenty of patio space with outdoor furniture, beach gear, towels. Views, sand, the sound of waves, and gorgeous sunsets. No AC but ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. We kept the windows open everywhere for the nice cool sea breeze. Washer/dryer in the unit. Hosts were pro-active and responsive.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I wanted somewhere my family and I could just hang out, enjoy the ocean and each other's company and this place was perfect for that. It is right down the street from the cutest little ocean side cafe. This was the perfect place to have breakfast and let the kids play. It also came stocked with puzzles and games to play in the evenings. We never even turned on the TV once! They had EVERYTHING you needed for the beach. The shared deck was absolutely amazing and a great place to enjoy the sunset.

This place has the most amazing views. We loved our stay and absolutely enjoyed walking out to the beach, watching surfers and even an occasional dolphin in the ocean. The space was spotless, with a well stocked kitchen, and all the towels you could need. The hosts offered a grocery delivery service, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend this place in Oceanside.

The views from the living room and kitchen are absolutely breathtaking and having direct beach access right from the patio is unreal. You truly step outside and you are on the sand. It was perfect for our bachelor party. When we arrived, I was immediately impressed by how spacious the home felt. It is incredibly comfortable. I hate repeating myself, but the living room is worth everything. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ocean perfectly and sit right where the sunsets happen. Watching the sun go down from that space was unforgettable. We loved this place so much that I am already planning to come back with my family. This is the second time we have stayed at this beach house and we love it! The layout is perfect for our family of eight. This place has amazing views with so many windows, clean space, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great beach access. We had so much fun on the boogie boards. It was easy to access the house and it’s nice to have a garage space. One day the water heater went out, but the host was super responsive and got the problem fixed right away. We started out on the wrong foot for our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not been and the house was not ready for us. Once I notified the owners they quickly found us another close by unit to stay for night and were wonderfully responsive. Very much appreciated as it was after dark and we had sleepy kiddos. We returned to the house the next day and overall enjoyed our trip very much. Close to lots of great food and beaches. It's easy to be a good host when everything goes off without a hitch much harder when the unexpected happens. Highly recommend!

House is amazing! Beautiful views and great location. Minutes to the pier and beach which is a great place to spend the day, lots of shops and restaurants. Great sandy beach. The house itself is very spacious- we had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room to spread out. The fireplace was a welcome treat on the cool February nights. Perfect setup for movie night. The couches were super comfortable, our teens decided to forego their beds to sleep on the couches! The beds were super comfortable and their pillows were great. Also the house is meticulous. 4 bathrooms and indoor laundry was great and the hot water never ran out which was lovely. Also towels were plentiful which was a nice commodity.

We really enjoyed the views of the ocean. The house is bigger than the pictures show. Great large kitchen. Loved all the big windows and the patio was great. Easy access to the beach. I thought it was all pebbles below the stairs from the pictures. I was surprised to see it wasn't all rocks. We were able to bring the kids down right in the backyard. I also loved that there were so many beds and 4 full bathrooms. Cons were the furniture needs updated and it wasn't as clean in the bathrooms as it should be. I couldn't find a broom or anything to sweep up sand. More pros the kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and the washer and drier works. The towels were very rough though. For the price I would like higher quality linens. Overall, I would recommend staying here, and I would stay again.

Wow, when we first arrived our breath was taken away by the views of the ocean, hearing the waves and the cleanliness of the house. The hosts were super caring and responsive and we were able to get settled in right away. We thought there was going to be more beach in front of the house, and I started to be a little bummed, but then it did not matter at all as the tide went out, as the kids rode boogey boards and... the lack of a consistent beach area meant we did not have a lot of people passing by our home so it felt super private which I loved!!! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay, thanks so much!

Amazing views, loaded with amenities. They had everything we needed and more. Easy to access the beach. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the amount of beach. During high tide the water comes right up to the property BUT during low tide the grandkids were able to go down and enjoy playing in the water. We would definitely stay again.

The multi-bedded kid room with bunk was a hit with our grandsons, and our beds were so comfortable. Great linens and the kitchen was so stocked with all the tools and utensils we could ever need.
