Year around comfortable weather in the 70 degree range provides guests the option of visiting Oceanside any time of the year. Guests can enjoy the weekly Farmers Market held every Thursday, the annual Ironman Triathlon race, or the O’Side Turkey Trot. Oceanside has a great love for it’s outdoors!
All short term rental properties must receive a permit from the City of Oceanside. The exception being if the unit is a hosted unit, or if the unit is part of a gated HOA of at least 50 units with 24-hour onsite management or security (such as North Coast Village or St. Malo).
