I am from Louisiana and am familiar with Florida beach condos… this one's put them to shame! Absolutely loved this property. I stayed for 7 nights and was worried about the no air conditioning but it was not a problem. The host even provided fans to help with air flow, but the beach breeze is right there as well. The property was fully stocked with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. You have everything you need minutes away! Highly recommend this spot.

We had a great stay here. The Airbnb is clean and spacious. The bed was soft (so well-suited to anyone who likes that!) and the space is perfectly situated overlooking the water. We were treated to a perfect sunset every night.

Great location. Great view. Can't complain when you have an oceanfront apartment that has direct access to a private beach.
The place had everything we needed. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dining ware. Very well organized floor plan: spacious living room with comfy sofa; dining area with a 6-person dining table; comfy queen sized bed in the cozy bedroom. TVs in living room and bedroom both work great with modern devices, you can directly cast content to them, which is what we usually do instead of looking for content on TV.
Location is convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby, and surprisingly our favorite Thai restaurant right across the street. Being in the general San Diego area, 15-20 mins drive to anywhere when there's no traffic.
The host was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly.
Last but not least, the ocean view, the sunset, the beach!! Will definitely return if this property stays available as short-term rental.

What More Can You Want?Terrific stay in Solana Beach, a truly special beach town in SoCal-- can't beat the view at Kylee's place and nice to feel a little like you live in paradise for a week. Having a fully functional and comfortable apt/condo is much more relaxing than hotels right now, and everyone was very friendly. Morning coffee with the surf and evening drinks with the sunset...what more can you want?

Unobstructed Ocean View!!!Highly recommend staying at Nick's place! The unobstructed ocean view is immaculate, corner unit right next to the pool/hot tub and easy access to the beach. Location was very close to public transportation and restaurants. Very responsive hosts and overall easy process with a very clean house. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a great vacation and it was exactly what we were looking needed for our family. :) The location of the apt and proximity to the beach and common pool was excellent. The open floor plan of the living, dinning and kitchen area were also just great for us! So much lovely sun and light in the room. We felt lucky to book last minute such a wonderful location on a beautiful beach. The condo is steps from a heated pool and jacuzzi and stairway down to the shore. The beach was never crowded and was great for swimming or boogie boarding with soft sand and gradual shore entry (no shore breaks). We had a really great stay at this condo. It was super clean and comfortable for both working and entertaining a toddler. It was also one of the easiest rental houses to “baby proof” (A process we go through where we make sure all the cleaning supplies are up high)… it was super easy to do since they were already in a bin! Thank you for a great stay - the heated pool, jacuzzi, patio and beach were awesome. We loved the attention to detail (kids books/games, luxury towels, fully stocked kitchen & coffee, bodyboards, snacks etc). Perfect location too! Very kids friendly.
Had an amazing stay at this unit, which had all of the necessities. The unit was a short walk to the complex's hot tub/pool, which were rarely occupied even during the busy holiday season, but far enough away that there was never an issue with noise at any part of our stay. There was a full ocean view from the unit, and if you left the screen door open you could very clearly hear the crashing of the waves.

Enjoyed our stay very much indeed. This is a highly functional apartment in a fantastic location.
Kitchen: very well equipped, has good quality pans and everything that you need to cook properly.
Lounge: spacious, comfortable, heated floor, fabulous views.

WOW! This place is amazing and the location could not be better. Right on the ocean, close to the hot tub and pool with a fantastic patio to lounge and read a book. We stayed with our two sons and loved being an easy 30 mins or less to LEGOLAND, the San Diego Zoo, the Safari Park, the Birch aquarium. Clean and beautiful interior with everything you need to cook, even sharp knives and Tupperware, which goes a long way with me. The hosts were very responsive and able to accommodate a request for an additional desk so that two people could work from here for a week. Wifi was fast and reliable. My family and I take a San Diego vacation every summer and this one has been our best one yet! The location of this property is absolutely amazing. Ocean views are breath taking. Steps down to the beach (approximately 130ish....my 6 year old counted everytime up and down :)) Community pool and jacuzzi were awesome to have too. I prefer Solano beach over Mission beach now. I will definitely be returning next summer! Thanks for hosting my family!

This is a Gem in asolana beach. the view can't be beat. the pool and stairs to beach are Ulta convenient. the parking garage and dedicated spots were perfect. The location is tops for freeway access, stores and restaurants. The Brigantine and the Fish Market we're both excellent resteraunts.

This unit is wonderful! Location of this condo in the complex is the best. Located on the bottom floor with the pool and hot tub right outside the patio is a real plus. Open the sliding glass door, you get the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. Also, the sunsets are GORGEOUS and ROMANTIC! The unit itself is clean with all amenities as stated. The Condo is in a wonderful spot. Loved walking on the beach and looking out to the ocean from the kitchen/living space! This home has an unmatched ocean view and easy access to the best walkable beach in the area. The sunsets alone are worth the stay. Everything was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were appropriately stocked. The space is fine for two, but with a sleeper couch in the main living area and one bathroom, I would not recommend the listing for any more than that. Our stay was fantastic! The location was absolutely amazing! Right on the ocean- the sunsets were beautiful. We spent a ton of time walking on and enjoying the beach easily accessed by a series of steps. The condo is exactly as described and is equipped with everything you need. I don't think they mentioned radiant heat floors (delightfully cozy) and the RO filter. No need to buy drinking water! We will definitely be back!

I hope I get to stay here again! loved the location. The host was responsive and always resolved things quickly. It is a place to disconnect and have a peaceful time, surrounded by magnificent views and a delightful hot Jacuzzi. From the kitchen to the laundry, it is well stocked with quality items. Normal phone connections are not great inside the unit, in case you need to be communicated during your stay with something else but the internet.

We had a wonderful stay here - the place had beautiful views (as good if not better than the pictures) of the ocean, it was well appointment with choice furnishings and appliances and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Enjoyed walking down to the beach (we had to get out of the property but it was a short walk and got used to the stairs quick) and also using the hot tub and pool with amazing ocean views. Would love to come back here again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. Our kids slept on the pull out sofa bed. You can see and hear the ocean from the living room, which was amazing! The hot tub and pool are right next to the condo. I wish you could walk through the pool area to the steps that go down to the beach, but you have to go around. Not really a big deal. We loved using the beach chairs and toys that were there for us to use. Our kids loved the boogie board!

By far the best Air BNB we have stayed in. It was about expectations on location and amenities. We enjoy cooking and there was nice supply for pots/pans dishes etc. Plenty of items to take to the beach they even dropped off more boogie boards. The view is amazing you can walk down a long flight of steps to be at the beach. They reached out to check on us to see if we needed anything and got in ok. Best service I have had and we have gone to La Jolla Del Mar area every summer for years.
