Our ocean front home we lovingly call Juniper Beach Studio, is located steps away from a staircase leading down to the pristine beach of Carlsbad, CA. Juniper Beach Studio features a queen sized bed, one bathroom, and sleeps two adults. As soon as you walk in the door the elegant beachy decor welcomes you to your beach vacation. When you are ready grab a boogie board or go surf. You will be on the beach and enjoying the water within minutes. If you prefer to explore on land, this home is known for it's "walkability" located walking distance to excellent restaurants such as Vigilucci's, Park 101, and many shopping options located in the Village. After a fun filled day, head back to Juniper Beach Studio to retire on the second floor deck to watch beautiful sunsets go down over the Pacific Ocean nightly.

This unit is a studio with one bathroom, ocean view unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

Guests will have exclusive access to the unit with self-check in capability via a smart lock. Guests will have one reserved parking spot on the property. The unit and oceanview patio are all solely for guest use. The Outdoor courtyard on the north side of the property is shared with three other units in the building.
This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries.
Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front of the house and fun tidal pools for the kids to explore at low tide just south in the Terramar area.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft.
Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. No smoking or vaping.

They were really good to work with.. The internet was out for the first few days but they did all they could to get it back up and finally restored the factory settings and all was good. I desperately needed the internet as it was a working vacation and it was very difficult for me to work without but they communicated well and did their best to make it right. I’m sure they’re expecting a bad review but from time to time things will go wrong and it’s all about getting them fixed as best you can. We had a Great place to stay and we really appreciated our host. Thank you!

Only a couple minutes from Carlsbad Village, great restaurants and shopping for my girlfriend and I to enjoy. I like to surf & a major bonus was the outdoor shower with hot water. We had a really lovely stay here for a few days. The hosts were five star with great communication. Loved our morning coffee on the balcony with that beautiful ocean view and great people and dog watching! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and although we didn't take advantage of it, there is a food delivery service offered for your convenience too. Hosts have thought of everything to make your beach getaway a truly enjoyable one!

From the moment we booked this amazing place, until the moment we checked out, Nick and Elisa were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Juniper Beach Studio is beautiful and in a perfect location with spectacular ocean views; especially from the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails! The bed was quite comfortable and the shower water pressure was great! The whole place was so cozy, clean and well equipped. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were supplied, as well! Our hosts were great! Our grocery order was mistakenly cleaned out of the refrigerator after it was delivered by the very efficient housekeepers. Haustay arranged for another grocery delivery to replace the groceries free of charge. The “cottage” was very clean and we had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we would love to rent one of the larger units in the future with our family!

Excellent beach stay! This studio is a lovely cozy place and perfect for two. It's in a great location. Walkable to Carlsbad Village (20 min.) and so many great restaurants and things to do there, including a Farmer's Market. Beach across the street was basically our own. Very few people and so peaceful. Wonderful view of the ocean from our deck. We sat there often if we were at the unit. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. Everything was very clean. We had a hiccup with the delivery of our groceries upon arrival but the management company was quick to respond and handled it immediately and according to our wishes. They actually picked up the phone so talked to a real person to rectify. The unit also provided boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas if we needed it. They were high quality too and some never used, still in packaging. We also had a washer and drier at our disposal. Overall, we loved our time here and would stay again and maybe rent other units with friends.

The views are stunning and the bed was comfortable and cozy. I would stay at this place periodically if I was visiting Carlsbad more frequently.........it's just right for any purpose.

The location was absolutely perfect — just steps across the street from the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy morning walks on the sand and breathtaking sunsets every evening. The stay was amazing we loved the Airbnb! Perfect size for the two of us - was very quiet when we stayed there. About a 10-15 min walk into town but the weather each day was lovely so we didn't mind. Beach access is super close and the beach was empty most days while we were there. Loved having access to beach chairs/ umbrellas. Would recommend!

The unit is outfitted with everything you would need, it's gorgeous and the view from patio is stunning. Well-appointed, well-stocked, very clean upstairs unit with balcony and view of the ocean. Great location, 20-minute walk to Carlsbad village.

We stayed Thanksgiving week. The location and view of the ocean from the deck are great. Carlsbad is an awesome town to visit. The place was perfect for us. I would only suggest a better mattress on the bed.
