Spend your days relaxing at the beach, or by taking a quick day trip to San Diego. In the evenings, take a short walk to the beach to watch the sun set over the ocean or enjoy a backyard BBQ with a fire pit and test your skill at cornhole!

Terramar is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC!

The Living Room:
- Comfortable living room with ample seating, including two, dual-reclining sofas
- Smart TV with access to live tv streaming and Netflix
- Dual-sided fireplace opens up to the kitchen
- Ceiling fan

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher

- Large kitchen island with ample space for cooking preparation
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups, sugar and creamer (drip coffee maker also available)

The Dining Room:
- Dining table with seating for six
- Dual-sided fireplace opens up to the living room
- Double doors lead to the backyard, with built-in, sliding screen doors to let in the ocean breeze

The Master Suite:
- California King sized bed with comfortable mattress/pillows and made up with soft, quality linens
- Large dresser and nightstands with charging ports - no searching for an outlet to charge your devices, and a white noise machine to help you sleep soundly.
- Smart TV with access to YouTube TV and Netflix
- Sliding doors leading to a sunny atrium
- Large closet with hangers and shelving located in the en-suite bathroom
- En-suite bathroom with toilet, vanity and a glass-enclosed, step-in shower
- All bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper
- Ceiling fan

The Guest Bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a queen sized bed and Smart TV with access to YouTube TV and Netflix
- One bedroom with two, twin sized beds

Terramar is on a quiet residential street and the 5 freeway is less that 2 minutes away for easy access to anywhere in the area. The beach is 2 blocks away and is an easy walk from the house.

The area is best accessed by private car but ridesharing services are active in the area if you'd prefer to come without a car.

There are train tracks about a block away from the home. Guests will hear the train during their stay. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping on the property.

Outdoor shower is great to rinse off with after a day at the beach!

Head over to Tamarack State Beach, only a 6 minute drive, to walk along the beach.

Carlsbad sunset walks cannot be beat!
