First of all, Thank you Nick and Elisa we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house. The views from the living room were unbeatable and the beach access was second to none. Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was easy to check in and out with the smart lock. After spending the day sightseeing it was wonderful to be able to come home to a relaxing view and sounds of the waves hitting the beach. The only criticism i could say was the beds were a little uncomfortable and it would be nice to be able to open more windows (some of the windows had signs not to open) but not a deal breaker by any means. All in all, if you're looking for a beautiful place to spend a week on the beach and relax with the ocean, I doubt you will find a better place than here and I look forward to my next stay here!

Another wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations thanks to a new couch! You cannot beat the location or the view. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfect just as my first stay here. You can walk to the village shops and restaurants if you wanted easily, but I prefer the private beach area, a book, and relaxing on the beach chairs! So peaceful and I will definitely be back for a third stay one day. Thank you for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely incredible, with beautiful ocean views and easy beach access that made our trip so relaxing. We stayed with our 4-year-old daughter, and it was the perfect place for our family. She loved being so close to the beach, and we appreciated how comfortable, clean, and well-maintained everything was.
The hosts were fantastic—communication was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless, from check-in to check-out. We truly felt welcomed throughout our stay.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Carlsbad!

Great location! Despite being central to Carlsbad village, it is perfectly north and the beach is somehow less crowded than immediately south. Private beach area was great to use. House was just as described and represented in pics. Overall a great experience!

The location of this home cannot be beat. I loved being able to walk down the stairs directly onto the beach. Nice seating out on the beach so you could sit and relax while watching the surf. Home was clean and tidy.

Excellent! Cant beat the location and views. We enjoyed the private beach area and our kiddo loved the beach toys provided. Place was clean and well stocked with basic amenities. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

This home is HEAVEN ON EARTH! From the moment we entered the property, we were in AWE! The view was INCREDIBLE! Everything g was clean, great beach walks right out our front door and the Carlsbad Village was just steps away. The coaster was also easily accessible and there was just so much to do! Just sitting in front of the big, beautiful windows looking out into the pacific was a treat and the sunsets spectacular! We can’t wait to return and HIGHLY recommend this vacation home to others!

great beachside stay in Carlsbad. walk straight out onto the beach, chilled section with nearby lifeguard tower. restaurants, coffee shop etc all short 2 block walk away. excellent short stay for our family of 4 as a last beach jaunt before school started back. amazing sunset views.

This home is amazing! The private beach access really made a world of difference. It was clean, cozy, had all amenities needed and was within walking distance to so many great restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The views are incredible. Can't wait to stay again!
