There are two spacious ocean view living spaces.  The sitting area features a gas fireplace you can enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views and experience the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in the ocean view living room. Large windows provide views of the ocean. Large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The TV and fireplace are seamlessly integrated into the room’s design, making it easy to enjoy both at once.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Primary Suite is spacious with a king bed. It has French doors leading to a private balcony with seating overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the gas fireplace with a seating area and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a large soaking tub, dual vanity, step-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Room includes an en-suite bathroom. 

The second bedroom has a king bed with breathtaking views of the ocean along with a Smart TV and closets with hangers. Room includes an en-suite bathroom. 

The third bedroom is light and bright and has two twin beds with a large closet. Room includes an en-suite bathroom. 

OUTDOORS:
Honestly, you’ll want to spend as much time outdoors as possible. From taking morning and evening walks on the beach and around the neighborhood, sipping your preferred beverage on the oceanfront patio, or grilling on the patio. Don’t forget to enjoy a relaxing day on the sand and catch a famous Carlsbad sunset.

Beach gear, towels and two bicycles are available for guest use. Complimentary high-speed (100 mbps) WiFi provides excellent coverage in the unit for streaming and high-quality video meeting capability. Two car garage parking and outdoor guest parking in marked spaces. Additional cars must park outside the gated community.

The home is located near the Coaster train track. Guests may hear train noise during the day and night. This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets due to owner allergies and asthma. Two car garage parking and one car can park in the outdoor guest parking. Any additional cars have to park outside the community. No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the community. Security Deposit Hold of $5,000 required prior to guest arrival.

Pack ’n Play setup available as an add-on for $35 + tax, or upgrade to the Pack ’n Play + High Chair setup for $55 + tax.

The home is located in a gated community. Guests will be given code to enter the gate and access to the home via smart lock.
