Our ocean front home we lovingly call Juniper Beach 3BR, is located steps away from a staircase leading down to the pristine beach of Carlsbad, CA. This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom vacation retreat that sleeps 7. As soon as you walk in the door the beachy yet elegant decor welcomes you to your beach vacation. When you are ready grab a boogie board or go surf. You will be on the beach and enjoying the water within minutes. If you prefer to explore on land, this home is known for it's "walkability" located walking distance to excellent restaurants such as Vigilucci's, Park 101, and many shopping options located in the Village. After a fun filled day, head back to Juniper to retire in front of the fire pit as you watch beautiful sunsets go down over the Pacific Ocean nightly.
The Space
This unit is a three bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront unit located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The home does have AC which is difficult to find in Carlsbad and has amazing ocean views.

Guests will have exclusive access to the unit with self-check in capability via a smart lock. The unit, garage and oceanfront patio are all solely for guest use. The Outdoor courtyard on the east side of the property is shared with three other units in the building.
This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries.
Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front of the house and fun tidal pools for the kids to explore at low tide just south in the Terramar area.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft.
Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets.

Wonderful rental! Place was beautiful, clean, and had ocean view. Everything was absolutely amazing. Family loved it. It was right across street from the beach. You do hear a lot of traffic when doors are open but that’s to be expected, being right on the road. They even had the shared courtyard closet with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. the laundry room is shared as well, which isn’t a big deal. We will book again in the future hopefully. 5 stars!!!!

This was a very convenient location right across from the beach. The rental company was very responsive and there rental had everything you need for a beach vacation, i.e. chairs, umbrellas, towels. This house was great! It was open and clean and had so many touches to make it cozy, from the furniture to the basket of throw blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and amenities. Plenty of other conveniences were ready for us. The patio facing the ocean made for beautiful mornings, drinking coffee while watching waves right across the street. We loved our time here and would happily return!

Beautiful location, lots of space. Beds were comfortable. My kid enjoyed the games and we loved sitting out by the fire pit every night and morning. Walkable to cafes and restaurants and gorgeous view of the beach. My only constructive criticism is that the front door lock would be better as keyless entry - my elderly mom and aunt wouldn't have been able to reach the lockbox comfortably without me.

This place is marvelous! The hosts Elisa & Nick have been very helpful from the inquiry throughout the end of our stay. The kitchen is loaded with everything you'll ever need if you plan to cook. It's like being at home. The bedrooms have comfortable, clean beds and furniture, perfect for any ages! Loved those sitting areas outside overlooking the beach. We stay in Carlsbad once a year as a family “staycation” and this means beach access is a top priority. With the beach literally steps away, this location was exactly what we look for when choosing a place. The patio is huge and we spent much of our evening down time lounging around the fire pit with the whole family. The double doors in the living room are great for airing out the house and letting in those beach sounds. The garage is key. It's nice to have a dedicated safe spot to leave the car. Everything was clean, and it felt like home for a few days. We will definitely be back.

Stunning views of Carlsbad beach from every angle! The living room was so cozy and the dining area was very spacious for my group of 6. We were also surprised that we couldn't hear the cars from the rooms (especially since this home is on a busy street)! We thought this stay was worth the money given its prime location, spaciousness, and fully stocked kitchen.
