- Bedroom 2: King bed with private ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private ensuite bathroom.
- Loft-Style Bunk Room: Ensuite bathroom, ideal for families or flexible group sleeping arrangements.
- Bedroom 5: Full bed
- Dedicated Office/Flex Room: Dual desks and Jack & Jill bathroom access to the adjoining room.
- Detached ADU: Separate living room, kitchen, full bath, and a staged bedroom area; Per the City of Encinitas, this space is not designated for overnight sleeping.

House Rules
- Max occupancy: 10 guests at all times.
- No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted in excess of max occupancy.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping on property.
- This home is not wheelchair accessible. Use of steps is required.
- Quiet hours are daily from 10:00PM to 10:00AM
- Encinitas bluff and cliff areas are dangerous and children must be supervised outdoors at all times.
- Pack ’n Play setup available as an add-on for $35 + tax, or upgrade to the Pack ’n Play + High Chair setup for $55 + tax.
