- Quiet hours outdoors start at 9 PM. No parties are allowed. No pets. A 30-day minimum stay is required.
- This condo is not childproofed, and it is the guest’s responsibility to childproof the condo as needed. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest’s children and any other children who may occupy the condo during the stay. The property owner and Haustay, Inc. assume no liability for any injury or death to any child staying at or visiting the vacation rental. We do not recommend children stay here under the age of 12.
