Sea & Sol condo was delightful. We opened the door to a clean and spacious, bright and airy, cozy home. Everything we used worked as expected. The bed was very comfortable. The living room, primary bedroom, and deck face the ocean for a spectacular view and sunsets. Black out curtains are a welcome touch when ol' Sol is just a bit much! LOL! Access to the beach is convenient. Many food options and cafes in the area. It's an easy walk to the Solana Beach Design District full of amazing art, shops, and eateries. Our hosts were a mere text away, which always felt like a hug. A small hiccup with the plumbing had a repair person out in just a few hours with the fix! Everyone we encountered in the complex was polite and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in spite of the weather--a mighty heat wave was served up. LOL!

Host is extremely communicative and responsive. Excellent instructions on how to access the gated community. Dedicated parking, which in this area of SoCal is a huge plus. community is surprisingly quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and the ocean/beach is right in front of you. Everything we needed in the house to cook. All appliances were in good working order. Furniture was comfortable and the place only shows normal wear of a rental on the ocean. Sunsets from the balcony every night. Slept with the sliders open to hear the waves. We will definitely be looking to book this place again.

Fantastic views, easy access to the beach, lovely grounds - a clean and comfy condo all around. Seamless interface with the hosts and no issues with access, parking, etc. The kitchen was fitout for cooking but we ended up walking to most meals - Nake Cafe (the best!), Rustic Root, CTZN, Mias, Sindi's Asian Snack Shack, with drinks at Saddle Bar & Pillbox (felt very local). The outdoor space is covered and perfect for sunsets. Much quieter and more relaxing than Carlsbad, Encinitas, etc. There is also a little library in the rec room, which I happily used. Highly recommend!

My husband and I along with our two adult children, loved our stay here! Great location...wonderful beach/ocean view from living area/MB/balcony, quick and easy beach access if you're able to do 100+ stairs, Clean and Uncluttered, Nicely stocked kitchen as far as utensils/knives/cutting boards/cookware/storage containers...and even some cooking oils, seasonings etc and a grill that looked new, which we didn't use, but great to have on hand if needed. Quiet gated condo complex. We kept the windows open the entire trip and enjoyed the beautiful breeze off the ocean! What a treat to be steps away from the ocean! We rented a surfboard and bodyboard while there and had a great time in the water and walking the beach. When not on the beach, we appreciated the view from the balcony. Beautiful hikes and plenty of good restaurants nearby as well! Enjoy!

Sea + Sol was amazing!! You cannot beat the view and location. The steps down to the beach was very close. We loved that the beach was not overcrowded as well. The condo was very clean when we got there and had everything we needed. Especially the keurig coffee maker with k cups available. Lots of beach towels, beach toys for the kids, umbrella, etc. We would definitely come back!

Excellent vacation! The views were breathtaking and access to the beach couldn't have been more perfect. We frequently saw dolphins swimming amongst the surfers from the patio. Close grocery store and places to eat was very convenient. Close to high way for day trip was a plus. Gated safe community and private parking. House had all the amenities we needed. A little tricky getting car gate to open and house door lock needed special patience but all in all great vacation spot. Reached out once to ask about lack of any smoke detectors and owners/management immediately responded with options to fix this oversight. Our Two teens loved the area! Close drive to Zoo and the city. We never made it to pool or game room but nice to know they were there.

A condo with a great view and all the amenities needed for an ideal getaway. Parking was very close, and the area seems to be populated by people courteous of each other in every way. The nearby village of Solana Beach is picturesque. Hoping to come back after the plague leaves and am able to better enjoy the local eateries. A highly recommended getaway.

The views can't be beat. I've seen a lot of ocean front properties and couldn't get over the expansive view. Loved having the balcony to enjoy the views. We also appreciated some of the extra touches like snacks, beach towels, tennis balls, etc. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable.

The kitchen is completely equipped to make any meal you could think of. And we made lots of meals!
There are plenty of towels both bath and beach and everything you'd need to have fun at the beach and more! We used the boogie boards (and added two more) all day everyday. We didn't even use the pool because the ocean was just as close!

It definitely feels like vacation as soon as you walk through the door and see the view! The space is cozy and clean. The amenities in the kitchen and for the beach make the stay even better. Did I mention the view! It's directly next to the gate and steps down to the beach, yet still very quiet. So easy to walk to great restaurants and shopping. A great value. And the hosts are very responsive and helped immediately when our gate code didn't work.

This is a great condo and fantastic location, on many levels. There were a couple of small annoyances from wear and tear BUT the hosts are very communicative and committed to making the stay an excellent experience. We would return for future visits to the area and wouldn't hesitate to rent through Nick again.

A fantastic location overlooking the beautiful and not very crowded Solana beach. With its location overlooking the sea, right by the stairs down to the beach and with easy access to parking, it could not be more convenient. The apartment complex has many amenities and is convenient. The unit has good sized rooms. The hosts made the arrival and entry super easy. We had a terrific stay that went all too quickly.

Communication and check in was flawless. The view from the condo is worth the rental price in itself. Truly spectacular. We could even see dolphins swimming from our balcony view. Lovely home in a fantastic location. Being right on the bluffs with convenient access to steps leading down to the beach was the best part. We used every opportunity to go down to the beach for walks, sand castles and rock collecting. The home is very well furnished and relaxing. The garage parking is super convenient. Our family enjoyed our stay here. The view of the ocean is incredible! We saw dolphins as well. It was peaceful and quiet, with access to the beach. A great time for our family to unwind and enjoy the views.

Amazing hosts and great communication. Offered assistance immediately. Perfect getaway for our teenage boys, right on the beach, a close walk to a basketball court, bakery and a 2 min drive to groceries and libations. Super access to the highway. The sound of the crashing waves and the views of the surf are astounding.

The condo's location was incredible with unending elevated views of the ocean and super easy beach access (literally next to the stairs heading down the bluff to Solana Beach!) The unit was comfortable, the reserved parking location was convenient and secure, and the beach toys, etc were a nice bonus for easy jaunts to the ocean. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

This place was fantastic!! It has everything you could possibly want and need. Don't miss out on the wonderful takeout places (during Covid) within walking distance.
There is no better place to eat than picking up takeout from one of the near by places and taking it back to the condo for ocean front dining experience on the fantastic patio.
The view is amazing. It's like having a live nature channel. We saw dolphins, whales, seals and sea lions. Lots of military helicopter drills and activities. Also

A condo with a great view and all the amenities needed for an ideal getaway. Parking was very close, and the area seems to be populated by people courteous of each other in every way. The nearby village of Solana Beach is picturesque. Hoping to come back after the plague leaves and am able to better enjoy the local eateries. A highly recommended getaway.

The location of the property is wonderful. With the beach easily accessed via the beach stairs. The property is clean and modern and is within walking distance of a CVS pharmacy as well as many shops, boutiques and restaurants. Nick was a wonderful host and would definitely stay at this property again.
