The house was perfect. Nice view of the ocean. The golf green, pool table and ping pong entertained the kids. There are so many places to sit and visit, enjoy the view, read a book or lay in the sun. Everything we needed for the beach was already there. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay, the house was beautiful and perfect for three couples! There were multiple areas to relax, enjoy the weather and views of the ocean. The golf area was so fun for our family and the hot tub was a clean and super relaxing. The host had multiple amenities for the beach which was great for a drive to Moonlight beach not far from the property. There is a surf beach right down the road as well. The kitchen was well stocked and organized for any meal prep you want to do during the stay. Hosts were very responsive and proactive and that is always much appreciated. Thank you for helping our family create amazing memories at your beautiful property!

The place was amazing, even better than the pictures. A great ocean view and the backyard was really fun with mini golf (bunker included) and the hot tub. Location was very ideal, a short walk from the beach. One of my guests left their golf club on the property and the hosts went above and beyond to ship them to his residence in Arizona. Highly recommended to stay here.

Amazing place with tons of fun spots (both in and outside the house) for our extended family with young kids, to hang out. Location is superb. Yes it’s a little pricey but worth every cent. Owner does and fabulous job with communication and thoughtfulness regarding making the home clean, stocked and ready for our family. We would definitely come again.

Perfect Family Retreat with Incredible Outdoor Space

Fairway Retreat is an amazing property. We were there in mid January and had sunny warm days and seasonably cool evenings - perfect to be outside. The house was well laid out to accommodate our three families. Just a note that the third full bath is on the first floor, but easily down the stairs from the 3rd bedroom on the second floor. The master suite is gorgeous with its own large sitting room with a fabulous view and outdoor balcony sitting area. The kitchen was nicely supplied with seasonings and oils and all of the appliances, dishware and utensils that you would ever need! The highlight is truly what seems to be a full extra lot that has been beautifully landscaped, including hot tub, grill, seating and golf green. Perfect to keep our 2 year old grandson outdoors in a large, safe play area. The entire property is enclosed by fence and code accessible gate. Plenty of beach equipment, chairs and beach towels. Rental company provided all info needed- no extra communication required

Even Better Than the Pictures – A Perfect Beach Retreat

Pictures do not do this property justice! The home is so warm, inviting, and every couch, chair and bed is so comfortable. The views are spectacular, and the walk to beach access is easy. The kitchen has everything you’d need and more. We were fortunate to have gorgeous weather, and used the outdoor spaces as much as possible. The jacuzzi is a nice touch. We had 5 guests and we all had plenty of space. The host was very responsive as well. I cannot recommend this property enough-well worth the money!

Loved our stay at the Fairway Retreat! The backyard is a dream for the entire family: putting green is beautifully designed and jetted jacuzzi so luxurious. TVs everywhere so we can each take our pick of movies. The house is spacious with so much natural lighting. I especially appreciated being able to keep our car within the 3 car garage. The view is amazing, especially at sunset while we eat dinner al fresco. Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We can't wait for our next one.

Epic Bachelor Weekend Spot with Ocean Views, Games & Prime Location

Stayed here for my Bachelor Party weekend and it was great. The Place had many amenities that keep us occupied when we were at the home. A very surprisingly large green to practice, a ping pong table, and a billiards room. The homes location is great for a quick walk to the beach if you want to surf, run at the beach, and or spend time in the ocean. The home also has an outside shower. The house doesn't have AC but that wasn't an issue. By being close to the ocean, opening the wind and letting the breeze in is all you need. Definitely a great place for a weekend getaway with an amazing view of the ocean.
