We had a great stay! Even though there were big waves from approaching tropical storm the setback house offered a safe place to view. The private beach with tether ball was a big hit with the kids when we weren't enjoying the ocean. The beds had an added topper which was nice since we sometimes find beds at hotels or short term rentals too hard. The patio was a great place to enjoy all our meals while we watched the waves or surfers. The AC worked well and was a must have with the late season heat wave. We had a great stay and will definitely book again if it is available for our next visit to Carlsbad

Right on the beach and spacious. Not newest interior, but very comfortable and clean. The beachfront patio was the best part and it made our stay worth it. Didn't do much cooking because restaurants are so conveniently walkable.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was perfect - spacious inside, gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets. The deck was also spacious, all set with table / comfortable chairs and umbrella. We spent a lot of time on this deck :-)
Kitchenette was plenty big enough and had the right utensils to make a nice breakfast.
Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfy beds and plenty of hangers in the closet. No issues at all with getting the hot water we needed, and good water pressure for the shower.
Walking distance to the town. Only used our car when time to leave. Couldn't have been any better!
We will definitely be back. Thank you

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better right on the beach with breathtaking views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being just steps from the sand made for a truly relaxing vacation.

This was the perfect place for our family of 5! The views are breathtaking and the beach access was so great. Bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated but the beds were very comfortable, showers had great pressure and hot water, and everything was extremely clean. We would 100% come back again!

We had a fabulous stay here! The place was comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated, and the views were excellent. Very walkable to surrounding restaurants and great for exploring the area on foot. We saw dolphins from the balcony and watched the surfers in the mornings with our coffee. Excellent stay! Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The views were absolutely stunning, and having access to a private beach made our trip even more special. The house was clean and comfortable, providing a great space for our family to relax. While the countertops, sinks, and cabinets are a bit dated, they didn't take away from the overall experience. The location and scenery more than made up for it. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

Spectacular home right on the beach! The ocean views are incredible day and night. The home is immaculately clean and nicely furnished situated in a very nice area. Great beds, comfy furniture and huge windows. Carlsbad is an upscale beach town with lots of galleries, restaurants and fun shops. We didn't want to leave this incredible home!

The stay here was wonderful. the home was awesome and the surroundings were beautiful! our host were very responsive and it was a pleasure to communicate and very welcoming. The beach was a dream and you can't beat the sound of the waves crashing at night while you have the windows open to the cool sea breeze. I hated to leave but I ran out of cash!!!! :D

Stayed here 5 days. So restful, beautiful, and the perpetual accompaniment of the sound of the waves is hard to beat. It's not obvious from the description but the place is perfectly located on the beach - further north it's rocky, further south it's more crowded.
Had everything we needed, including tetherball on the little beach outside and a lot of toys / beach things if you have kids with you.

This was a blissful retreat in a beautiful setting. Gorgeous views of the ocean and quiet beach. It was a great location in Carlsbad, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Pictures accurately represent the two bed, two bath condo. The patio was perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Two parking spots were helpful too. Loved this location and hope to be back soon.

We visited for 5 days over New Years with our 3 little kids and loved every moment. Carlsbad is a lovely area to walk around and along the beach. And the drive to San Diego is very easy. The kids were very sad to leave. The owners were very friendly and responsive, and had proactively provided ideas on this to do in the area. Overall - a great experience!

This rental was absolutely beautiful - overlooking the ocean with comfortable furnishings, a large deck, spacious kitchen/dining room/living room, and very clean. Bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and paper products. The kitchen was very clean and very organized: no clutter. The area was quiet and we could easily walk to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

From the minute we arrived it was beyond our expectations! The home was cozy and beautifully decorated with a beach theme. This stay exceeded our expectations! The views of the ocean and beach were unbeatable, as were the sunsets. The adorable downtown was in walking distance with many cute shops and delicious restaurants. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. The view was amazing. It's weird that the entry was in the bathroom, but most of the places in this area have a funky, weird thing about them. I only wish it was warmer and the daylight was longer so I could enjoy the view even more.
