Access to Casa Koi is made simple with a digital door lock. Each guest is given their own code to access the condo during their stay which is deleted upon their departure to maintain the security of the condo.
For parking guests have access to one designated covered parking spot for the condo. Additional free street parking is found adjacent to the condo.

Kitchen was fully equipped and updated, all the beach supplies you needed (including a wagon!) to enjoy the beach and the beds were very comfortable. The location itself is steps from the beach, best coffee shops, and restaurants! Once you parked, you truly don't have to get back in your car again until you're heading home! I just returned from a fun getaway with a friend at this wonderful property. The unit was just as described and even better in person. It was furnished like a nice home, with art, great linens and a well stocked kitchen. The location was just what we wanted. Walkable to the beach and in the heart of The Village, with shopping and restaurants galore. One of our favorite things was the spacious outdoor courtyard with fountain where we enjoyed our coffee each morning. There is some traffic noise as it is in the Village, but that did not take away from our experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The first-floor location was super convenient, especially with a toddler—easy in and out, and the private patio gave us plenty of space to relax and store wagons and strollers. The location truly can't be beat—everything was walkable, including the beach, restaurants, and even a nearby 7-Eleven for any quick essentials. We never had to use our car once.
The beach is just steps away, and the ramp access made it especially easy with all our gear. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach—umbrella, chairs, toys—which made things so simple. While we didn't cook, the kitchen was well-equipped and ready to go. We also loved relaxing by the fire pit at night and the sound of the fountain.
We're already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was exactly as described! The place was gorgeous. Everything was clean and it was a breeze for check-in and check-out. We appreciated the washer/dryer and all the extra blankets too.
We used the outdoor patio a ton and the fire pit too. The larger courtyard that was shared by guests made for a perfect area to sit and we even played a game of volleyball one night with the neighbors. The beach was just a few minute walk from the place too. Even though it was the 4th of July, we found ample space to hang at the beach and enjoy the fireworks too. We'd Definitely stay again.

The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything you would need to make meals at home or trek to the beach. Including beach chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon and beach towels. Beds were super comfortable and the newly remodeled unit had a beautiful and well laid out kitchen. The washer and dryer was a plus as we were able to wash some beach towels in between beach days.

We had an amazing stay! The location could not be better. As some have mentioned, there is noise from the train and being in a busy area but it was well worth it to us for the walkability and I would stay there again. We loved having everything we needed for the beach - wagon, chairs, toys, umbrella, insulated backpack, it was fabulous. The hosts were very responsive and communication was great. It was very clean and comfortable, the only improvement would be blackout shades/curtains as it did get light pretty early.

his property is right in the heart of Carlsbad Village with eateries and unique shops only a few steps away. And it's a very short walk to the beach! Condo has a beautiful modern kitchen plus great lighting throughout. Loved that there was a chair in the corner of each bedroom along with wide nightstands. One of the highlights of this condo was the comfortable patio with foliage and a water fountain. Loved spending our mornings there. We loved our stay here. The living room was accommodating with 2 couches and lots of blankets. The kind bed was comfortable. It was super nice to have everything you needed for the beach-umbrella, sand toys, chairs, and a wagon. (We did buy boogie boards and leave them there).
A concern we had was that the queen sized bed was almost 4 feet from the ground. I was afraid to put the kids in that bed because it was such a long drop if they fell off. We ended up all sleeping in the king bed and didn't use the queen bed.

What a FANTASTISTIC place! It's right in the heart of Carlsbad Village, everything is walkable... the beach, great restaurants, retail... so great! The unit itself is super charming! We in particular LOVED the outdoor courtyard and thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and fountain. The ceiling mounted rain shower head was awesome. My partner and I had a lovely stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware which was great for all the cooking we did. The master bedroom bed is extremely comfortable and the living room is very cozy. The central heating works great and kept us warm when the weather was stormy. This was a wonderful place for our family with two very small kids. It's very close to great beaches, restaurants and you can walk everywhere as it's in the center of Carlsbad. The apartment complex looks older from the outside but this unit has been beautifully remodeled and the outdoor patio with the fountain was also a nice touch. It was also nice of the hosts to provide everything you would need to go to the beach ( beach chairs, towels, toys). We had a great stay and will definitely come again.

The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to make meals. The beach is one block away as are tons of cafes, shops and restaurants. Everything is walkable and felt very safe. We loved the area. Be aware that from the outside the condo doesn't look so special, but the inside is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect as we could walk to the beach in a matter of minutes as well as get to all the downtown Carlsbad shops and restaurants.
The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to make meals. The washer and dryer were small capacity, but still nice to do a couple of loads of laundry before heading back home.
