IMPORTANT NOTE: Tree on adjacent McGee Park that overhangs our property will seasonally release sap. If guests do not want sap potentially landing on their vehicle, we recommend parking the vehicle in the free street parking on the next street over.

Please Note: Seabreeze is part of a duplex property that includes an additional two-bedroom unit. Guests of both units have shared access to the backyard patio, which features an outdoor dining area and fire pit. For larger groups or multi-family stays, both units can be rented together—inquire for availability and combined rates. This unit does not have AC, a washer, or dryer.
