Please Note: Seabreeze is part of a duplex property that includes an additional two-bedroom unit. Guests of both units have shared access to the backyard patio, which features an outdoor dining area and fire pit. For larger groups or multi-family stays, both units can be rented together—inquire for availability and combined rates. This unit does not have AC, a washer, or dryer.

Cute and very comfortable apartment. Excellent location in terms of walking distance to beach and Village. The only small consideration is that it is right next to a youth military academy and there is bugle playing at 7am and 10pm. Also some noise from the train, but not during the night. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay in Carlsbad, thanks to Haustay’s 1 bedroom unit. It was easy to fine and felt very cozy for us and our 8 month old. Nick and Elisa were very responsive to any communication we made with them. The location was excellent proximity to the village and the beach. It was truly incredible. Since the unit doesn’t have AC, we left the windows open during the evening. Because it’s right off a main road, the sound really traveled into the living space. The bedroom, on the other hand, was silent. We highly recommend Nick and Elisa’s place and will be looking to book again on our next trip!

I absolutely enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location is awesome, a few minutes down to the beach and maybe 5-10 minutes to the Village. Having parking at the location allowed us to walk around the downtown without worrying about finding parking. It’s very quiet neighborhood and it felt safe. We stayed with a toddle, and staying at this apartment felt like a great fit. The host was very responsive before and during our stay.

Carlsbad is a go-to destination for us. It's always so peaceful. This was the first time staying in this apartment and it was just like the description! The kitchen has nice upgrades, the bed and sofa are super comfy. It's a convenient location with the beach just half a block away to the west, and the main street half a block to the east. We would definitely stay again!
